TERMS OF SALES
Commercial relations between Anne-Sophie Villard (hereinafter “ASV”) and all persons placing an order on www.annesophievillard.com, the ASV website (hereinafter: the “Customer”) are governed by the following conditions .
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
The Customer pays the delivery costs of the value indicated when ordering.
The delivery is made in parcels by the postal services. Any item available is in principle dispatched within a maximum period of 5 working days (weekends and public holidays are excluded from the period).
In the event that ASV is unable to deliver the goods ordered within 10 working days, the Customer may cancel the order by sending an email to designer@annesophievillard.com mentioning the order references. This cancellation will only be taken into account if it reaches ASV 24 hours before the delivery of the ordered goods to the Post Office. Failing this, the order can no longer be cancelled.

In the case of an unclaimed parcel, ASV cannot be held responsible and the costs of the possible reshipment of the parcel are the responsibility of the Customer. Before any reshipment, ASV may ask the Customer to pay the related costs in advance by bank transfer or TWINT to ASV's account. If there is no news from the Customer within one month of sending the transfer request, ASV reserves the right to cancel the order.
CONCLUSION OF THE SALE AGREEMENT
When ordering via www.annesophievillard.com, the ordering procedure includes 3 steps in total: first, the Customer selects the desired goods. Secondly, the Customer indicates the delivery address and selects the desired means of payment. Thirdly, the Customer sends his order and receives an e-mail confirming receipt of the order without delay.
ASV does not sell products exclusively to major end users. The Customer assures that he has only transmitted information that is in accordance with reality and responds accordingly to ASV for any damage related to inaccurate indications (such as the impossibility of delivery due to an error in the address indicated by the Customer).
The order placed by the Customer constitutes a binding offer for the conclusion of a purchase contract according to the ordering methods provided by ASV. Once validated by the Customer, this order cannot be withdrawn without the acceptance of a formal order cancellation request sent to designer@annesophievillard.com. ASV reserves the right to accept or refuse, without giving reasons, any request for cancellation of an order from a Customer. ASV communicates its decision of acceptance or refusal by email sent to the address indicated by the Customer in his order. In the event of an order cancellation, the Customer's claims are limited exclusively to the full refund of the advance paid.

In addition, the photos, descriptions and characteristics of the products appearing on www.annesophievillard.com are not contractual. ASV asks the Customer to keep in mind that all our products are handmade, it is normal to observe differences from one product to another such as slight variations in size or length.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Upon receipt of the order by the Customer, the latter is required to carry out an immediate inspection of the delivered goods to identify any apparent defects (delivered product not corresponding to the ordered product, packaging defect, possible missing products, etc. .). The Customer must check the conformity of the goods delivered and immediately notify ASV (designer@annesophievillard.com) of any defect.
In the rare case of receipt of damaged products, please return the non-compliant merchandise in its original unopened container or packaging. The return of the goods must be preceded by the acceptance of a return request submitted by the Customer to designer@annesophievillard.com.
For returned defective products, the customer has the choice between one of the following two options:
- reimbursement in money of the value of the defective product(s)
- the replacement of the defective product(s) by standard exchange or by the supply of a product of equivalent value
PRICES AND MEANS OF PAYMENT
The prices in force are those indicated at the time of the order and are only valid in Switzerland. They are expressed in Swiss francs and include all taxes.
An order via www.annesophievillard.com implies payment in advance of the amount of the order and the costs. Are accepted:

The entire content of wwwannesophievillard.com, including photos, images, texts, videos and sounds, is our property or that of our partners. Their use is only permitted with our express consent. The “Anne-Sophie Villard” brand may not be used without our prior written consent.
DATA PROTECTION
Your relevant personal data for each order is collected, processed, used and stored by us in accordance with the corresponding legal data protection regulations for the purpose of contract execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The total or partial impossibility of using an ASV product (eg: Cancellation of the wedding) cannot give rise to any compensation, reimbursement or questioning of the responsibility of Forêt Bleue. ASV is only liable for direct damages which the customer proves are caused by serious negligence on the part of ASV. In the event of ASV's liability, the latter is limited to the price of the product concerned.
